OVERVIEW
This series of products is Industrial 90W PoE Injector.
This series injector can upgrade existing network infrastructure to the IEEE802.3bt PoE++ network system without changing the existing Ethernet equipment.
This series Injector meets IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standard. The PoE output port can deliver up to 90W power. It supports 10/100/1000/2.5Gbps transmission rate, and the transmission distance is up to 100m. This product supports a relay function to alarm power supply breaks. It could provide a quick, safe, and cost-effective 802.3bt PoE++ network solution for customers.
This series includes three models:
UPI7302-PSD-W: Industrial 2-Port Multi-Gigabit 802.3bt PoE++ Injector (90W) with 12~57V DC input
UPI7301-PSD-W: Industrial Single-Port Multi-Gigabit 802.3bt PoE++ Injector (90W) with 12~57V DC input
UPI7301-PSD: Industrial Single-Port Multi-Gigabit 802.3bt PoE++ Injector (90W) with 48~57V DC input

PoE Mode DIP Switch
This series of injector support two PoE modes:
• Standard: In this mode, the PoE injector provides power to the PD devices that follow the IEEE802.3af/at/bt standard
• Force mode: In this mode, the PoE injector outputs 54V DC constantly
Note: Do not connect PD devices with a Max working voltage lower than 54V DC.

The Industrial Hardened 2.5Gbps PoE++ Injectors are designed to provide PoE capabilities to PoE++ devices at high speeds. With a 2.5Gbps data transfer rate, the injectors can support high-bandwidth applications that require fast and reliable connectivity. It complies with the PoE++ standard, which provides up to 90 watts of power, making it suitable for power-hungry devices that require higher power levels. The products are designed to be durable and reliable, ensuring continuous operation even in challenging conditions.
Compatible with IEEE 802.3af/at/bt
These PoE injectors come with one or two 10/100/1000/2.5G Base-T RJ-45 ports, supporting PoE and adhering to IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standards. With a maximum power output of 90W, each PoE port can deliver sufficient power to your devices.
Ultra Fast 2.5Gbps Networking
The products come with 2.5GBASE-T RJ-45 ports providing network speeds of up to 2.5Gbps over existing cables, which meets the needs of high-speed Internet access, such as an all-in-one PC, WiFi 6 AP, etc.
Standard or Force PoE Modes
By adjusting the DIP switch on the front panel, you have the flexibility to switch between two different modes: STANDARD and FORCE PoE mode. In STANDARD PoE mode, the PoE injectors adhere to the IEEE802.3af/at/bt standard and provide power to PD devices accordingly. However, in FORCE PoE mode, the PoE injectors consistently deliver 54V DC power. It is crucial to note that PD devices with a maximum working voltage below 54V DC should not be connected in this mode.
Wide Voltage Input Range (UPI7302-PSD-W & UPI7301-PSD-W)
Both UPI7302-PSD-W and UPI7301-PSD-W have the ability to accept a wide range of voltage inputs, from 12V to 57V DC. Therefore, you can conveniently operate these models with various power supplies based on your requirements.
Flexible Networking, Easy to Expand
● The products can provide power and data transmission for PD devices at the same time.
● Used with the PoE repeater, it can break through the 100m transmission distance limit and effectively extend the PoE network transmission distance.
● Used with the PoE splitter, it can provide data transmission and DC power for non-PoE terminal devices and cost savings by effectively using the original equipment and retaining the network architecture.
Relay Alarm
Support relay alarm for power failure, cable link down, and PoE link off.
Simple Plug-and-Play Installation
The PoE injectors support DIN rail-mounting. And adding these products to your network is a seamless process that requires no configuration or software. Simply connect your existing switch or Ethernet network to the RJ-45 port and connect your device to the PoE port using a standard Cat5e/6/6a cable. DIP switches and LED indicators will help you find the right settings for your application.
