The new-arrival UTEPO PoE Switches (UTP3218TS-PSB, UTP3226TS-PSB) provide 16/24 100M Ethernet RJ-45 downlink ports with up to 30W PoE per port, and 2 Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 uplink ports and 1 Gigabit combo SFP uplink port for a flexible extension. The switch supports 3 working modes through DIP switch (Default, VLAN and CCTV). Under VLAN and CCTV mode, it supports PoE watchdog, which can detect and restart the camera automatically if it's frozen. It can be widely used in video security monitoring systems, network projects, etc.

Features

●	PoE provides centralized power management

The switches provide 16/24 PoE ports and align with standard of IEEE 802.3af/at, of which the total PoE budgets are up to 270W/390W. All the power would be sent from the back-end (PoE switch). What you need to do is to add the UPS power next to your PoE switch. When the power is cut off, the UPS power will take over and continue to supply the power to the whole system.

●	PoE management

This series comes with a PoE-managed port. You can access the PoE switches by connecting to this port. Then you can set total power consumption, PoE ON/OFF, PoE power value, and port output priority.

●	Flexible extension with SFP slot

The series provides two gigabit Uplink ports with one 1000 Base-X combo SFP slot, which can be uplinked to the backbone switch and monitoring center over long distance. The distance can be extended over 550 meters or more (according to the performance of the SFP module). They are well suited for applications within enterprise data centers and distributions.

●	Support three working modes

The switches provide three working modes (Default, VLAN, CCTV), switching through the built-in DIP switch. Plus excellent troubleshooting function (PoE watchdog) to monitor the network anytime you need.

Default	All ports are free to communicate, transmission distance: 0~100m.


VLAN	Downlink ports are isolated from each other but can communicate with Uplink ports. Transmission distance: 0~100m. This mode supports PoE watchdog.


CCTV	The transmission distance is extended up to 250 meters but the rate is limited to 10Mbps. This mode supports PoE watchdog.

●	Robust protection

The switches provide 6kV contact discharge and 8kV air discharge ESD protection. They also support 6kV surge immunity to improve product stability and protect users’ networks from devastating ESD attacks, making sure the flow of operation does not fluctuate.
