UTEPO in the China Data Center Market Annual Conference 2020

As technologies such as artificial intelligence, vehicle networking, and edge computing converged with 5G have started to be applied, it brought incremental and rapid development to data centers. To analyze the development trend of China's data center market and promote the healthy development of the domestic data center industry, the 10th China Data Center Market Annual Conference 2020 was held on November 11-12 in Beijing, which was directed by the China Electronic Energy-Saving Technology Association and the National Energy Conservation Center and hosted by the Green Data Center Technology Committee.



The annual conference set up six sub-forums, including data center energy-saving technology and application, intelligent cabling system technology, and data center edge computing technology.  As the provider of video surveillance and network PoE solution, UTEPO showcased her products line at this annual conference. And the EPFast Tools were sponsored as the prize for the GIIT Cabling Skills Competition during the awarding ceremony, helping security engineers to simplify the installation, operation and maintenance of monitoring equipment through the use of Engineering Power.

Tide Nie, CTO of UTEPO, also delivered a speech on the topic of “The Development and Application Prospect of PoE System", including the development history of PoE technology, the subversion of traditional power supply and data transmission by PoE technology, the application trend and value of PoE technology, especially high-power PoE technology in smart buildings, security monitoring and other fields.


With the continuous development of PoE technology, especially the application of bt PoE technology, it will bring more changes to the smart industry. Take the smart building field as an example, it can connect more intelligent IoT terminals through PoE technology, which can bring a better office and living experience, reduce the total cost of ownership of intelligent building systems, reduce fire safety hazards, and improve the safety of buildings.
